Terms and conditions

Customers understand and agree to the following conditions:

$100 fee will be charged if any of the following should incur

Do not fill dumpster above top of dumpster
Do not fill dumpster with hazardous waste, household cleaning supplies, fuel, wet paint, etc.

  • Do not fill dumpster with railroad ties or landscape
  • Do not mix yard waste, shingles, and household waste in dumpster
  • Do not fill dumpster with concrete, masonry, or asphalt
  • Do not fill dumpster with excess (25% or more) pressure treated wood.If we need to return due to dumpster being blocked, overloaded, or other delays, there will be a fee of $150. No charge for early pickup.

Hazardous conditions fee: There is a $150 fee per employee assistant should they need to work in a home, garage, crawl space, shed, or basement that contains, mice and mice droppings, human or animal feces, human or animal urine, cockroaches, or bed bugs.

$150 per employee assistant per hour. Apply if working in areas containing human or animal urine or feces, bed bugs, cockroaches, etc..


Cancelation

No fee if canceled 24 hours prior to drop-off

$150 fee if canceled day of drop-off
