How Delivery Fee is Calculated (Per Load)

For each truckload, the service distance is measured as:
Early Morning Dump LLC → Pickup Site → Delivery Site.

15 miles or less: Flat $50 per load
16–30 miles: $50 + $5.50 per mile over 15 (per load)
Over 30 miles: Requires a custom quote or may be declined
Return to base is included in the fee but not part of the mileage calculation.

Delivery Fee Calculation Examples (Per Load)

Flat fee (≤15 miles):

Base → Pickup = 6.2 miles
Pickup → Delivery = 7.0 miles
Service distance = 13.2 miles → $50 flat per load

Mileage fee (16–30 miles):

Base → Pickup = 10.0 miles
Pickup → Delivery = 12.5 miles
Service distance = 22.5 miles → $50 + (7.5 × $5.50) = $91.25 per load

Multiple lifts:

Two truckloads required = 2 × $91.25 = $182.50

Policies & Extras

Small load (< 2 yd³): $35 small-load fee (plus delivery).
Labor / Manual Spreading (optional): $55 per hour per person (1-hour minimum).
- Covers manual labor only (shoveling, raking, wheelbarrow moving).
- Does not include use of the dumpster spreader attachment.
Payment: Due upon delivery.
Delivery includes: Unloading with dump truck or trailer at drop site.
Coverage area: Deliveries available within 30 miles service distance.

Customer Tips

Plan drop locations that allow safe dumping and easy access.
Mechanical spreading with the dumpster spreader is a separate service and is not included in the $55/hr manual labor fee.
Ensure someone is on-site at delivery to confirm placement if possible.
